CNX-S085 table shrink unit

Compact shrinking unit for table top use.

Especially designed for shrinking tamper evident sleeves to smaller batches of vials.

Compact applicator for applying printed or unprinted neck sleeves, specifications:

– Applicator made out of stainless steel,

– Color HMI touchscreen,

– Sleeve length easily adjustable in the HMI,

– Film transport by use of stepper motor,

– Film width up to 210 mm ≈ cap diameter 130 mm,

– Cut length up to 60 mm,

– Output up to 60 packages / minute, depending on sleeve characteristics,

– Height adjustment with indicator,

– LED lighting inside machine for clear vision around the cutterdeck area,

– Approaching end of reel indication,

– Print mark registration for printed films,

– Function to cut a preset number of sleeves for manual application,

Hot Air Shrink Tunnel CNX-S300, specifications:

– Tunnel made out of stainless steel,

– Full range up to 8 liter containers,

– Height adjustment by means of one hand wheel, means one adjustment for both heaters with indicator,

– Two Leister heatguns with separate temperature and airflow regulation,

– Rulers for indication of position on horizontal as well as vertical setting of heaters for easy reproduction of position,

– Power supply and control from electrical cabinet on conveyor,

– Option: Rotating device for products in nozzle-area,
